Privacy policy

Updated October 2026

This policy covers artificialturfprices.com and was updated in October 2026. The contact form is the one place on the site that collects information about you.

The form requires your name and email address. You can also enter a phone number, the kind of project, your town, a rough size, and a message. Along with those fields, the form carries a spam-check token and a hidden field that bots fill in and people don’t.

When you press send, code running on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, checks the spam token. It then emails the form contents to our inbox through Cloudflare’s email service, with your email address set as the reply-to. The website doesn’t save your message in a database or a file. The copy we keep is that email, and we use it to reply about your yard.

The spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile, and it loads only when you start using the form. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice says it processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint (a pattern in how your connection is set up), and browser user agent (information your browser sends about itself) to tell people from bots.

Cloudflare serves every page and keeps standard request logs that include your IP address, browser, and the page requested. The site runs no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts load from the site itself. If you have questions about this policy, use the contact page.
